Capacity Building Opportunities
The IEC offers and hosts training and support to Ugandan SMEs to increase their business competitiveness and to accelerate their growth. These include but are not limited to:
General Trainings on Introduction to Oil and Gas, Business Growth and Resilience, Bid Management & Contract Management, Joint Venture management and Technical Training by Tier 1 Contractors & Subcontractors on Health Safety Environment (HSE), Supply Chain Management, Quality Management Systems, Environmental Social & Corporate Governance (ESG).
