Avanti Energy Services Limited is looking for an Oil and Gas Coach to support our client in the oil and gas sector. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with extensive drilling experience and a strong commitment to training and compliance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
– Train ZPEB drilling teams on stuck pipe management, loss control, and other critical drilling practices
– Evaluate and improve ZPEB drilling operations
– Develop assessments and review major technical incidents on Tilenga
– Conduct technical drills, paper-based assessments, and rig-floor training
– Reinforce fundamental drilling best practices
🔹 Qualifications & Experience:
– University degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field
– 15+ years of experience as a Company Man, Rig Manager, or Senior Tool Pusher
– Fluency in English and Chinese
– IWCF Well Control Certificate (supervisory level), HSE, H2S, First Aid, and Firefighting certification
– Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills
