Overview

Contracts are the backbone of every business relationship in Uganda’s oil and gas sector, but many SMEs risk losing opportunities or facing disputes due to lack of understanding of key contractual clauses and compliance requirements. This course is designed to help SMEs negotiate contracts, understand key contractual terms, legal and institutional frameworks, implement contracts in line with executed contracts and manage disputes for effective contract performance and profitability.
