Enterprise development is also thriving. Over 2,800 firms have received training, equipping them with the skills to compete in the sector. Additionally, 205 Ugandan companies have secured Tier 1 contracts, positioning them at the forefront of industry opportunities.

Efforts to integrate local businesses into the supply chain have seen 2,580 entities participate in industry conferences, while 5,900 enterprises have engaged in Supplier Development workshops to enhance their capacity.

With such steady progress, Uganda is well on course to strengthen local content and maximize economic benefits for its citizens
