This program, aligned with Uganda’s Vision 2040, covers key areas such as oil exploration, safety protocols, welding, and supply chain management, ensuring participants meet international standards. Through practical training and internships, Ugandans gain industry-ready skills, opening doors to new career opportunities, particularly for youth and women.
