Over the course of three intensive days, we uncovered the challenges faced by Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) as they strive to seize the myriad opportunities available in this thriving industry.
Our discussions will delve into pivotal areas such as Business Development Strategies, Business Formalisation, the National Supplier Database, Market Access and Expansion, Bid and Contract Management, Joint Ventures and Partnerships, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, and Industry-Specific Qualifications and Standards.
