Eligibility Criteria
Which entities qualify to participate in the IEC Capacity Building Training Program?
Participation in the IEC Capacity Building Training Program is open to interested Ugandan SMEs from across the country that meet the following criteria:
- Must be a registered entity under the laws of Uganda operating as a small or medium sized enterprise.
- Early stage and growth stage businesses operating for at least 2 years.
- The entity should be located within Uganda, with a minimum of 5 employees.
- Ugandan companies offering products and or services relevant to the oil and gas sector.
- Registration or an application to the National Supplier Database of the Petroleum Authority of Uganda is an added advantage.
- Demonstration of good business, compliance and corporate conduct.
- Businesses ready to commit to the training program and coaching support.
- Enterprises owned by women, youth and differently abled persons are encouraged to apply.
