Overview

This course is designed to equip Ugandan SMEs with best practice for structuring, negotiating and managing joint ventures and strategic partnerships.  The course is structured to empower local Ugandan businesses to leverage partnerships with foreign companies to enhance their technical, financial and operational capacity to ably bid and manage contracts in the oil and gas sector in Uganda.

• Improve governance, negotiation and management skills
• Support SMEs leverage JVPs to enhance technical competencies for business competitiveness to effectively bid and manage contracts in the oil and gas sector.
