Overview

This course is designed to build the skills of Ugandan SMEs that have won contracts in the oil and gas sector to efficiently manage and monitor contract performance mitigate risks to optimize commercial outcomes throughout the contract lifecycle to contribute to the successful delivery of the oil and gas project.
