Overview

The course is designed to equip SMEs with relevant skills, knowledge, bidding strategies and practical insights to prepare quality bids, successfully participate and win tenders in the oil and gas sector as well as other sectors. This course takes SMEs through a step-by-step tendering process, from opportunity scanning, bid writing to bid submission and post-bid evaluation techniques.

In person 2 days session of over 6 hours each.

• Enhance SMEs knowledge on the upstream and downstream O&G supply value chain in Uganda
• Understanding the O&G procurement cycle; bid awareness, bid preparation, submission, clarification and to contract award stage 
• Leverage innovative approaches to preparing and winning tenders in the oil and gas sector for business growth.
