Overview

This immersive simulation course is designed to mirror the realities of running an SME in Uganda’s oil and gas value chain. Using a digital business simulation tool, the course enhances enterprise decision-making, strategic thinking, workflow optimization and real-time teamwork to optimize operational efficiency. The coursework involves a ‘learning-by-doing’ approach in four key business areas: organizational management, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, to sharpen their efficiency and responsiveness.

In-person 2 days session of 6 hours per day
